Fire Crews Respond to Blaze

Authorities say multiple fire crews responded to a fire involving a mini-van, camper, and a house, Saturday night. According to a report from the Ross County Sheriff's Office, fire departments from Franklin, Jefferson, and Huntington townships responded to 2147 Wilson Run Road, and one person was taken to Adena for injuries to his face and back, while another suffered a burn on her hand but refused treatment.

A family member said the fire appears to have started in the van and then spread to the camper and a vacant house. She added the male who was injured in the fire had been sleeping in the camper at the time of the incident.

The State Fire Marshall's Office has been called in to investigate the cause of fire.
